Dan fixed our refrigerator this week. I couldn't be happier with the service. He came earlier than expected, and got us up and running within an hour! We already recommended a friend to call him! Awesome all around.
My cooking range had a problem with the burner. I could get an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. Dan anticipated the part that needed replacement and preordered it and was able to fix in 15 minutes. The greatest aspect was that Dan was patient enough to talk to my Home Warranty company for 30 minutes explaining the problem in detail to their authorization department and got this resolved. I also got some free advice on another appliance at home with a recommendation of a quick fix instead of a repair. This saves a lot of money for me. I will call him again the next time I need a repair to be done. Dan was simply great.
