The technician Dan came and helped me diagnose my washing machine trying to run away and almost flip over. I had changed the suspension rods but they were not OEM so they were weaker and not of the same strength. So Dan came and replaced the suspension rods with the OEM rods and instantly noticed a difference and also my tub was a little wonky so that was also throwing it off balance. After replacing the suspension rods and the tub my washing machine worked as if it was new again. Sometimes new parts just don’t mean anything and you need a professional to come and realize what has been done.
