The technician Dan came and helped me diagnose my washing machine trying to run away and almost flip over. I had changed the suspension rods but they were not OEM so they were weaker and not of the same strength. So Dan came and replaced the suspension rods with the OEM rods and instantly noticed a difference and also my tub was a little wonky so that was also throwing it off balance. After replacing the suspension rods and the tub my washing machine worked as if it was new again. Sometimes new parts just don’t mean anything and you need a professional to come and realize what has been done.

Definitely worth investing your time into. He drove out of his way to deliver and install a dryer for me. Very courteous and very good to work with. He went out of his way to help me with a clogged exhaust vent and knew how to fix the problem. Knowledgeable, courteous, well mannered and great to work with!
After being unable to get a response from anyone in the Iowa City area and those who answered elsewhere advised me my dryer would be more cost efficient to just replace. I called Dan. Just happened to run into Dan at the local staples not even realizing two days later I would need my washer/dryer combo fix that is in my camper. He came out that day got the drain unplugged and did some maintenance on it. Now it works as good as new.
